Shanghai Jiale Corporation,.Ltd is located at No.288 Jinzhang Road, Zhangyan Town, Jinshan District，Shanghai. Restructured from Shanghai Jiale Garments, Co., Ltd, it is now a foreign invested corporation. Established in early1993, it owns a total of RMB500 million assets, including RMB93.15 million registered capital and RMB300 million permanent assets. Our corporation, consisting of 10,000 clerks, covers a total area of 200,000 square meters with 150,000 building area.
        We mainly produce various middle&high class casual and sport garments. Meanwhile we also undertake fabric dyeing and selling according to materials provided by customers. With production equipments exported from Japan, Italy, Germany and Hong Kong , we possess the strong integrative productivity ranging from fabrics research and development, knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidering and manufacturing. And the annual output reaches 30 million garments and 30 million fabric. On market distribution, 55%of the OEM garments are sold to Japan and the left 45% to Europe & U.S.A. Current customers of ours include Tommy, Levis , Ellese, Reebok, Quicksilver, Decathlon, etc.
        In consideration of rocketing manufacturing costs in foreland, we are establishing the new sewing mill, located in Anhui province, with wish to reach the goal to save energy and minimize costs. It will start 1 stage production on May 2008, as the main force on garment production in the near future. Once finishing all constructions in two years, its capacity will reach 2 million garments per month with 4,000 workers. Thus, by transferring production to inland, Shanghai base is to be the centre of management and development.
